This urban infill project was built on the back section of an extremely tight downtown lot, and provides a thoughtful response to downtown city zoning requirements. The design takes advantage of natural site conditions and provides an additional residential living space with parking on a maximized piece of real estate, while providing an interesting architectural contrast to the previously existing historical structure on-site.
